The tactile nature of the product and the classic material of painted black oak are combined with the modern language of form and construction. Created specifically for a private client, this elegant design can encapsulate personal items and tributes while secretly retaining their value.

Furniture collection ‘ANATA’ was originally created in conjunction with a commission for a private residence in Eastern Crete; yet soon it developed its own life through its unparalleled combination of functionality and effortless elegance. Block722 carefully moulded the series infusing it with the studio’s signature contemporary, organic minimalism. Composed of eight designs that comprise a set of stools, cabinets, and coffee and dining tables, this family of furniture blends craft and modern design. Handmade in Greece, bridging the traditional techniques with contemporary construction methods, the pieces are powerful through their simplicity. At the same time, the use of luxurious, natural materials, including a variety of wood species, marble, and metal, elevate the pared down designs into a series of sculptural, sensual objects that invite the touch.
