Interior Architect

Our studio is looking for a qualified interior architect or interior designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team.


Role and responsibilities:
Collaborate with and work as part of the architectural project teams
Participate in all design stages
Attend design, client, engineering, manufacturing, construction, and supplier meetings/reviews
Prepare documentation packages including, FF&E schedules/lists, material lists and Bill of Quantities
Coordinate with engineering services and specialist sub consultants
Stay updated on contemporary FF&E market, industry advancements, materials and technologies


Skills required:
AutoCAD
Adobe Suite
Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in joinery design
Experience in FF&E specifications and lists
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Considering as a plus:
SketchUp
3D Studio Max
Revit
Experience in construction documents
Direct availability
