Senior Interior Designer

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer with 7+ years of experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead interior design efforts across all project phases, from concept to completion.

Collaborate with architectural and design teams, clients, engineers, manufacturers, and suppliers.

Prepare comprehensive interior documentation, including FF&E schedules, material boards, specifications, and Bills of

 

Quantities (BOQ)

Coordinate with sub-consultants to ensure smooth execution and high-quality delivery.

Research and implement contemporary interior design trends, materials, and technologies.

Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering professional growth.

Ensure design quality, functionality, and aesthetics are maintained throughout the project.

 

Required Skills

Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience in joinery design and construction documentation.

Strong design sensibility, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail.

Extensive experience with FF&E selections, specifications, and project management.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Proven ability to lead design teams and manage multiple projects efficiently.

 

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, or Revit.

Familiarity with budgeting and project scheduling

Experience in hospitality/hotel interior design will be considered a plus.
